FAQPage Schema

How do I orchestrate Django and React development across multiple sprint phases?▼

Sprint execution orchestration coordinates backend and frontend work through CAB-guided governance gates. The eucora-sprint-executor scaffolds Django apps, React components, and enforces quality checks across planning, development, testing, and tracker updates for phases E1–E21, ensuring consistent workflow and traceability.

What's the standard workflow for sprint governance and documentation in EUCORA?▼

EUCORA sprint governance follows a documented workflow: read planning specs, update trackers, run quality gates, and scaffold starter templates. The executor enforces this standard process centrally, eliminating manual coordination and ensuring all enhancements align with CAB approval and documentation requirements.

Can I use this for managing CI/CD pipelines alongside frontend and backend tasks?▼

Yes. The sprint executor integrates CI/CD into sprint workflows by coordinating development, testing, and tracker updates as a single orchestrated process. It applies governance gates and quality checks across the full pipeline for backend services, frontend components, and deployment tasks.

How do I ensure quality gates are met during sprint execution?▼

The executor enforces quality gates as part of centralized sprint governance. It validates documentation updates, template compliance, and tracker alignment across all enhancement phases, catching inconsistencies before code reaches testing or production.

What if I need to track progress across multiple enhancements in a single sprint?▼

Sprint execution centralizes tracking across E1–E21 enhancements. The executor updates trackers systematically, maintaining a single source of truth for planning specs, development status, and testing results, so coordination bottlenecks are eliminated and visibility spans the entire phase.

Does this work for teams managing both backend and frontend in one workflow?▼

Yes. The executor orchestrates backend and frontend work together under one governance model. It generates starter templates for Django apps and React components, applies consistent quality checks to both, and synchronizes planning and tracker updates across the full stack.
