FAQPage Schema

How do I generate architecture diagrams from a codebase?▼

To generate architecture diagrams from a codebase, this Skill analyzes multi-language project structures and outputs valid Excalidraw JSON. It visualizes components, services, databases, and data flows to improve architecture understanding and onboarding.

Can I visualize components and data flows across multi-language projects?▼

Yes, you can visualize components and data flows across multi-language projects. The Skill analyzes diverse codebases to map out services and data stores, rendering them as labeled shapes with correctly routed elbow arrows.

How does edge routing work when creating Excalidraw diagrams?▼

Edge routing in these Excalidraw diagrams uses elbow arrows to connect labeled shapes accurately. The Skill ensures the generated Excalidraw JSON maintains correct structural relationships and visual data flow representation.

What is the best way to turn codebase structures into visual diagrams for onboarding?▼

The best way to turn codebase structures into visual diagrams for onboarding is using a generator that outputs valid Excalidraw JSON. It automatically maps components, services, and databases to help teams quickly understand architecture.

Do I need to manually format the Excalidraw JSON output?▼

No, you do not need to manually format the Excalidraw JSON output. The Skill automatically generates valid Excalidraw JSON with correct edge routing, labeled shapes, and elbow arrows directly from the codebase analysis.
