FAQPage Schema

How do I structure a claim-driven experiment plan from a research proposal?▼

Structure a claim-driven experiment plan by identifying primary and secondary claims in your research proposal, then mapping them to concrete experiment blocks with specified datasets, baselines, metrics, run orders, and compute budgets. This ensures your core contributions are directly testable and paper-ready.

What is paper-ready validation in experimental research?▼

Paper-ready validation is the process of designing evaluation protocols and ablation matrices that directly defend your research claims. It involves structuring experiment blocks with defined metrics, seeds, and compute budgets to produce a formal plan that validates novelty and problem alignment.

How do I create an ablation matrix and evaluation protocol for my research design?▼

Create an ablation matrix and evaluation protocol by breaking down your research design into experimental blocks that isolate variables. Define specific datasets, baselines, metrics, and success criteria for each block to systematically validate your primary and secondary claims.

Can I generate a compute budget and run order for my experiment blocks?▼

Yes, you can generate a compute budget and run order by structuring your experimental blocks according to priority. The plan specifies requirements such as datasets, baselines, metrics, seeds, and compute budgets, producing a formal tracker to manage execution.

What is the best way to turn research proposals into defendable experimental blocks?▼

The best way to turn research proposals into defendable experimental blocks is applying a claim-driven approach that aligns problem, novelty, and simplicity. This transforms abstract proposals into a structured roadmap of concrete tests with defined success criteria.

When do I need a formal experiment plan file with seeds and success criteria?▼

You need a formal experiment plan file with seeds and success criteria when preparing a paper-ready validation roadmap. It is essential for ensuring alignment across primary claims, secondary claims, and compute budgets during rigorous research design.
