What problem does it solve?

Create organized, reproducible experiment spaces by bootstrapping a standard project layout (references/, repos/, notes/, and links/) plus an AGENTS.md goal doc, ready for cloning and seed data from canonical GRM or a shared cache.

  • Scaffold a complete experiment directory with references/ and a dedicated repos/ area for local clones.
  • Auto-generate AGENTS.md and a references/index.md along with notes.md and links.md to capture goals, inventory, and resources.
  • Materialize repos by seeding from a canonical clone or cached copies, with configurable depth and GRM usage, enabling quick, repeatable experiment setups.
  • Optional fetches of reference articles into references/articles for offline reading.

Quick Start

Run the scaffold script with a name and goal, and optionally provide repos, links, and notes to seed the experiment.
