What problem does it solve?

Close out a completed exploration project by verifying loop closure, drafting or confirming the Conclusion synthesis, writing the follow-up report under docs/reports/, and logging the stopped row. It ensures the project is prepared for archival and future reference.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Load loop state from exploration/$ARGUMENTS and validate closure state (tree_ok, frontmatter_ok, and leaf statuses).
• Draft or verify a Conclusion in root_question.md following the archived-loop pattern, ensuring a structured synthesis.
• Generate a comprehensive follow-up report at docs/reports/exploration-$ARGUMENTS-followups.md with actionable items and provenance.
• Append the stopped row to results.tsv only after a valid follow-up report exists, then regenerate checkpoints and re-run evaluations.
• Commit changes and trigger the archival workflow to move the loop into the archive phase.
