SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill simplifies the complex process of interacting with Factor Protocol's DeFi vaults, allowing users to manage their assets and strategies without needing deep technical knowledge of smart contracts or blockchain interactions.

Core Features & Use Cases

Vault Management: Create, deposit, withdraw, and monitor Factor Pro Vaults.
DeFi Strategy Execution: Execute complex strategies like lending, borrowing, and swapping across various protocols (Aave, Compound V3, Uniswap, etc.) directly through the vault.
Simplified Workflow: Provides high-level tools that abstract away the underlying smart contract calls and SDK interactions.
Use Case: Deposit 1000 USDC into your Factor vault, then use it to supply to Aave and borrow WETH, all through simple commands.

Quick Start

Use the factor skill to get the current configuration of the MCP server.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I manage DeFi vaults and execute strategies across multiple EVM chains?▼

Managing DeFi vaults across EVM chains like Arbitrum, Base, and Ethereum involves creating, depositing, and withdrawing assets. You can execute complex DeFi strategies by integrating with protocols like Aave, Compound V3, and Uniswap directly through high-level abstraction tools.

Can I lend and borrow assets through Factor Protocol vaults?▼

Yes, you can lend and borrow assets through Factor Protocol vaults. The system integrates with lending protocols such as Aave, Compound V3, and Morpho, allowing you to supply collateral and borrow assets within your vault strategy.

What's the best way to swap assets within a DeFi vault strategy?▼

To swap assets within a DeFi vault strategy, you can use integrated decentralized exchanges like Uniswap. This allows you to directly exchange tokens within your vault to rebalance positions or execute specific yield strategies.

Does Factor Protocol support transaction simulation and debugging for DeFi strategies?▼

Factor Protocol supports transaction simulation and advanced debugging using Foundry integration. This allows developers to test complex DeFi strategies, verify wallet management operations, and debug smart contract interactions before execution.

How do I deposit USDC into a vault and borrow WETH on Arbitrum?▼

To deposit USDC and borrow WETH on Arbitrum, you use the vault management tools to deposit your USDC, then execute a strategy that supplies it to Aave as collateral. You can then borrow WETH directly through simple commands.

What are the limitations of automating DeFi strategies across multiple protocols?▼

Automating DeFi strategies across multiple protocols requires managing smart contract interactions across different EVM chains. Limitations include handling varying protocol states and ensuring transaction simulation accurately reflects execution across integrated platforms like GMX and Pendle.
