SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Forward-Deployed Engineer coordinates end-to-end flow from PM design to live implementation, accelerating prototyping and integration in production-like environments.

Core Features & Use Cases

End-to-end flow implementation: signup, onboarding, core feature integration across frontend and backend.
Rapid prototyping: quick cycle from design doc to testable prototype with real user validation.
Cross-functional collaboration: aligns PM, engineering, and design collaborators to deliver product outcomes.

Quick Start

Initialize an end-to-end flow from signup to validation using a PM design doc and deploy a rapid prototype in the target environment.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate end-to-end engineering workflows from design to deployment?▼

End-to-end engineering workflows are automated by orchestrating the entire process from PM design documents to production deployment across both frontend and backend services. This provides design-to-deployment traceability and cross-team governance for cross-functional teams delivering new features.

What is the best way to build a rapid prototype from a design doc for user validation?▼

Rapid prototyping from a design doc is achieved by initializing an end-to-end flow that quickly cycles from PM design specifications to a testable prototype in a production-like environment. This approach enables real user validation and accelerates the integration of core features.

How does cross-functional collaboration work for delivering new product features?▼

Cross-functional collaboration works by aligning PM, engineering, and design collaborators to coordinate end-to-end flow implementation. This coordination automates the delivery of product outcomes like signup, onboarding, and core feature integration across frontend and backend services.

Can I use this to integrate signup and onboarding flows across frontend and backend services?▼

Yes, you can use this to implement end-to-end flow for signup, onboarding, and core feature integration across frontend and backend services. It automates the coordination required to deploy these features rapidly in your target environment.

Do I need a PM design doc to start end-to-end prototype validation?▼

A PM design doc is needed to initialize the end-to-end flow for prototype validation. The workflow uses this design document as the input to orchestrate the rapid deployment of a testable prototype in the target environment for real user validation.

What is an FDE workflow and when do I need it for prototyping?▼

An FDE workflow coordinates end-to-end engineering flow from PM design to live implementation, accelerating prototyping and integration in production-like environments. You need it for onboarding, new feature delivery, and cross-team governance across frontend and backend services.
