What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps product teams decide what to build next by translating a list of features into a data-driven prioritization using proven frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, Kano, and Value vs Effort. It produces a clear, justified roadmap that highlights what to build first, what to defer, and what to kill.

- Iterative Re-Prioritization: Re-scales priorities as new data becomes available (user feedback, metrics, constraints).
Quick Start
