This Skill turns scattered, append-only feedback notes into a clear, prioritized view of what is still open, what is causing recurring issues, and what needs attention next.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Aggregated feedback status: reports total open items, SLA metrics, and changes vs a previous period for fast operational awareness.
  • Multi-dimensional breakdown: groups open feedback by persona, cliente, severity, and módulo, plus channel distribution (e.g., WhatsApp, call).
  • RICE prioritization & patterns: ranks top opportunities using RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) and surfaces emergent patterns when multiple clients report similar problems, enabling data-driven backlog review.

Quick Start

Trigger the dashboard by asking to show the current feedback state for open items by running the command “/feedback-dashboard” in your input.
