SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you manage a milestone when multiple phases are running at once, so you do not have to switch between scattered files, tasks, and agents to understand progress or choose the next step.

Core Features & Use Cases

Single-terminal control center: Shows a live dashboard of phase status with clear visual indicators.
Parallel work orchestration: Lets you discuss one phase while other phases plan or execute in the background.
Dependency-aware guidance: Can analyze phase dependencies and recommend the best next action based on roadmap and state files.
Use case: A product engineer managing a complex milestone can keep execution moving while watching progress, resolving blockers, and dispatching work from one place.

Quick Start

Use the ferrox-manager skill to open the milestone dashboard and recommend the next best action for the current roadmap.

FAQPage Schema

How do I manage parallel workflow execution across multiple agents from a single dashboard?▼

To manage parallel workflow execution from a single dashboard, you need a command center that displays live phase status and coordinates agents concurrently. This Skill provides that live dashboard, letting you monitor background work, resolve blockers, and discuss one phase while others execute.

What is dependency-aware guidance for agentic software workflows?▼

Dependency-aware guidance analyzes phase dependencies within your roadmap to recommend the best next action. Instead of manually tracking which tasks block others, the system evaluates your current state files and suggests the optimal next step to keep your parallel milestone moving forward.

Do I need roadmap and state files to coordinate phase dashboards?▼

Yes, you need roadmap and state files to coordinate phase dashboards. These files provide the structural data and current progress visibility required for the system to dispatch work, apply dependency analysis, and render live status updates across parallel tasks.

What's the best way to monitor milestone progress without switching between scattered files and tasks?▼

The best way to monitor milestone progress without switching between scattered files is using a single-terminal control center. This approach provides a live dashboard with clear visual indicators, consolidating phase status, background execution, and next-step recommendations into one view.

Can I dispatch work to background agents while discussing a different phase in the foreground?▼

Yes, you can dispatch work to background agents while discussing a different phase. The system supports parallel work orchestration, allowing you to keep execution moving in the background while you focus on resolving blockers or planning the current active phase.
