What problem does it solve?

It solves the problem of losing context and wasting time when you want to find, organize, and reuse information from your X/Twitter bookmarks.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Local-first syncing: Syncs X bookmarks into ~/.fieldtheory/bookmarks/ without needing an API key for the default flow.
  • Fast full-text search: Enables full-text search over bookmark text using SQLite FTS5 (BM25 ranking).
  • LLM-based classification: Classifies bookmarks into categories and domains so you can build theme-based collections.
  • Export and agent-ready outputs: Exports enriched markdown, builds an interlinked wiki, and supports agent integration via a dedicated /fieldtheory skill for shell-enabled tools.
  • Knowledge-building workflows: Runs “possibility” flows to derive ideas from bookmark-grounded seeds and supports an idea/library workflow.

Quick Start

Ask to sync and index your bookmarks by running the fieldtheory-cli sync command.
