What problem does it solve?

Prevents accidental email sends from the AP pipeline during testing by managing AP_PIPELINE_MODE in ~/.finance/config.env.

Quick Start

Set AP_PIPELINE_MODE to shadow in ~/.finance/config.env before starting finance work, then flip it back to live when you are finished.
