This Skill turns scattered operational signals into a clear list of bottlenecks so you can unblock stalled goals and decisions.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Evidence clustering into named bottlenecks: Groups repeating risks, pending decisions, open anomalies, and off-track goal indicators into actionable bottlenecks rather than isolated incidents.
• Owner-focused hypotheses: Produces a hypothesis for each bottleneck and proposes the most appropriate owner to unblock it based on operating context leadership/key-contacts.
• Deduped, structured updates: Writes new or updates existing entries in bottlenecks.json and records results in outputs.json with tight evidence citations.
