What problem does it solve?
The Skill helps you identify when a support conversation contains actionable product signals that should be logged as bugs, attributed feature requests, or flagged as missing help-center documentation.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Bug candidate triage: Detects likely bugs from error messages, stack traces, regressions, or reproducible failure reports, then captures repro steps and an appropriate severity for engineering.
- Feature request capture: Extracts the customer’s feature ask and records it without misattribution, merging near-duplicates when appropriate.
- Docs gap detection: Clusters repeat questions over a 30–60 day window and flags clusters that reach the threshold without an existing help article.
- Required integration checks: Verifies that the needed trackers (GitHub/Linear/Jira) and inbox source (Gmail) are connected before attempting to file or cluster.
Quick Start
Tell the agent whether the ticket signal is a bug, a feature request, or a repeat question by setting signal to one of: bug, feature-request, or repeat-question.
