The fluent-progress skill provides a read-only, personalized dashboard of language-learning progress, summarizing levels, streaks, sessions, and achievements so users can stay motivated and focused.

• Comprehensive Progress Dashboard: aggregates learner data to show current level, target goals, streaks, total sessions, and study time.
• Skill Mastery Breakdown: presents per-skill mastery (Writing, Speaking, Vocabulary, Reading) with levels and recent practice.
• Trends & Next Goals: highlights progress trends and actionable next goals based on practice data; supports natural-language requests like "how am I doing" or "/fluent-progress".
• Read-only Guardrails: ensures no data is modified during the readout; citations come from learner-profile.json.
