This Skill prevents unsafe trades by detecting high-impact macroeconomic events and enforcing risk-based wait/hold behavior to protect capital during unstable liquidity and volatility conditions.

• Macro event risk filtering: Classifies events into RED, ORANGE, and YELLOW priorities and applies strict trading actions (WAIT, reduce confidence, or monitor).
• Pre- and post-news safety windows: Enforces different cooldown behaviors 30 minutes before RED events, 15 minutes before ORANGE events, and resumes only after spreads and market structure stabilize post-event.
