What problem does it solve?

It turns a concrete ForgeCAD artifact (model, build brief, or HLD) into AI image prompts that preserve build truth so the result looks like something that could actually be built, not like vague concept art.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Builder-honest visual-spec prompt packs: Produces prompts that keep mechanisms, seams, hardware, and subsystem hierarchy visible.
  • Representation-mode selection: Defaults to an honest hero render, with optional support modes like builder-first mechanical, mild exploded assembly, or workshop prototype realism.
  • Truth-preserving constraints: Enforces negative guidance to avoid hiding mechanics, over-smoothing geometry, and converting the scene into blueprint/diagram style output unless explicitly requested.
  • Best for concrete inputs: Works when the object is already sufficiently specified; if the brief is too vague, it directs you to use the preparation step first.

Quick Start

Use the forgecad-visual-spec skill and ask for “one honest hero image prompt for this .forge.js model” so you get a ready-to-use prompt that shows the final artifact while keeping how it’s built.
