What problem does it solve?

This skill helps teams run the First Principles Framework (FPF) cycle end-to-end, from hypothesis generation to final decision, reducing analysis drift and speeding up principled decision making.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Generate 3-5 competing hypotheses with IDs, titles, kinds, scopes, core claims, reasoning, key assumptions, and testable predictions.
• Apply a Parallel Evaluation Template to progressively verify logic, evidence strength, and source reliability across hypotheses.
• Produce a Design Rationale Record (DRR) comparing hypotheses on R_eff, risk, feasibility, and constraints to justify decisions.
• Organize outputs in a structured .fpf directory with evidence, decisions, and knowledge components for auditability and collaboration.
