SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps you understand where users abandon a multi-step journey so you can pinpoint friction and improve conversion performance.

Core Features & Use Cases

Funnel Breakdown: Measures conversion rates between each step in onboarding, checkout, feature adoption, or custom user flows.
Drop-off Diagnosis: Highlights the biggest losses in the journey and surfaces likely causes of abandonment.
Segment Comparison: Compares funnel performance across audiences such as organic, paid, referral, or product usage segments.
Use Case: Use it when a signup or purchase flow is underperforming and you need a clear readout of where users stop progressing and what to optimize first.

Quick Start

Ask the skill to analyze a funnel for a specific user journey, step order, time range, and segment breakdown so it can return conversion rates and optimization recommendations.

Frequently Asked Questions about funnel-analysis

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I find where users drop off in a conversion funnel?▼

Funnel drop-off analysis measures conversion rates between each sequential step in user journeys like onboarding or checkout to pinpoint exactly where users stop progressing. It identifies the biggest losses in the journey and surfaces likely causes of abandonment for optimization.

How do I compare onboarding conversion rates across different user segments?▼

You can compare funnel performance across audiences such as organic, paid, referral, or product usage segments. Segment comparison breaks down step-by-step conversion rates by cohort to reveal which audiences abandon specific onboarding stages and where to prioritize optimization first.

Can I analyze checkout drop-offs using Google Analytics or Mixpanel data?▼

Yes, this Skill processes conversion funnels informed by Mixpanel or Google Analytics data. It requires funnel step ordering and conversion-rate calculation from your sequential checkout journey data to identify friction points and return prioritized optimization recommendations.

What is the best way to diagnose feature adoption drop-offs in a multi-step user flow?▼

Diagnosing feature adoption drop-offs requires measuring conversion rates between each step in a custom user flow to highlight the biggest losses. This approach surfaces likely causes of abandonment and provides prioritized optimization recommendations based on sequential journey performance.

How do I prioritize which funnel step to optimize first?▼

Prioritizing funnel optimization requires quantifying step-by-step conversion loss across your sequential user journey to find the biggest drop-off points. The analysis highlights where users stop progressing and returns prioritized optimization recommendations informed by your segment performance data.
