This Skill prevents accidental or inappropriate fund movements by orchestrating same-UID internal transfers across Gate product accounts while enforcing pre-checks and an explicit single-use confirmation step before execution.

• Same-UID internal transfers between spot, isolated margin, perpetual (futures), delivery, and options accounts using the single POST /wallet/transfers endpoint (cex_wallet_create_transfer).
• Safety-first workflow with source balance pre-check, Transfer Draft presentation, single-use explicit confirmation in the immediately following user turn, and conditional parameters (settle for futures/delivery, currency_pair for margin).
• Operational cases handled: missing fields prompting, currency auto-completion by target account, insufficient-balance shortfall reporting, account-mode conflicts, ambiguous confirmations, rate-limit and service-error guidance, and transfer history queries.
• Use Cases: moving USDT from spot to USDT-margined futures, transferring between spot and isolated margin with a required currency_pair, and moving funds back from futures to spot with settle specified.
