What problem does it solve?
Drafts formal plan-approval communications by generating an approval letter and a send-template from project inputs, enabling PM-reviewed approvals without manual drafting.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Reads stakeholder map to identify Approver-level recipients and composes recipient list.
- Generates two artifacts: approval-letter.md and email-tpl-approval.md from inputs (project-plan.md, project-budget.xlsx, resource-plan.md) for Phase 2 planning approvals.
- Language-aware templates in English and Russian, with PM confirmation required before sending via Gmail.
