FAQPage Schema

How do I generate technical specs from a codebase with traceable code references?▼

Generate technical specs by providing a feature name and codebase root, producing audit-grade documentation where each claim links to a specific file and line. This ensures verifiable traceability for technical specifications derived directly from the codebase.

What is the best way to create audit-grade documentation from code boundaries?▼

Audit-grade documentation is created by extracting code boundaries and interfaces, ensuring every claim is linked to a corresponding file and line. This produces hallucination-free docs with full traceability for compliance checks and feature verification.

How do I document a codebase feature to stay synchronized with the code?▼

Document a codebase feature by applying automated generation to feature workflows, creating verified documentation that stays synchronized with the codebase. This maintains consistency across teams by linking docs directly to code references.

Do I need to provide the codebase root to generate verified feature documentation?▼

Yes, providing the codebase root and a clear feature name is required to generate verified documentation. This access allows the process to map every documentation claim to specific file and line code references for full auditability.

Why does generated documentation require full traceability to specific files and lines?▼

Generated documentation requires full traceability to specific files and lines to ensure auditability and prevent hallucinations. Linking each claim to code references guarantees the technical specs accurately reflect the codebase.

Can I use this for creating technical specs across multiple feature workflows?▼

Yes, this supports integration into feature workflows for consistent, verifiable documentation across teams. It generates audited docs with code references for documented features, ensuring technical specs remain synchronized across the codebase.
