What problem does it solve? Technical GEO audit findings are hard for marketing leaders, executives, and site owners to act on. FAQPage Schema
How do I create a GEO audit report for clients?▼

Run the geo-audit and category skills first, then use geo-report to aggregate their outputs. It computes a weighted composite GEO Score, translates technical findings into business language, and produces a structured report with an executive summary, priority actions, and a 90-day roadmap.

How is the GEO Score calculated?▼

The GEO Score is a weighted formula: Platform/Citability 25%, Content/E-E-A-T 25%, Technical 20%, Schema 15%, and Brand/Crawlers 15%. When both crawler and brand mention scores exist, Brand/Crawlers combines them at 60/40. The final score is rounded to an integer and capped at 100.

What inputs does the GEO report skill require?▼

It requires category scores from geo-citability, geo-content, geo-technical, geo-schema, and geo-crawlers. Optional inputs include geo-llmstxt, geo-brand-mentions, geo-platform-optimizer, and geo-compare for competitive context. You also need the domain, audit date, and list of analyzed pages.

Can I use the GEO report without running all category skills?▼

The five core category skills are required for a valid composite score. Optional skills like geo-compare and geo-brand-mentions enrich specific sections but can be skipped. For sales prospects, an abbreviated variant starting from geo-prospect is supported.

What output files does the GEO report generate?▼

It produces GEO-CLIENT-REPORT.md as the primary deliverable, GEO-CLIENT-REPORT-INTERNAL.md with raw scores, commands, and the full URL list, and an optional GEO-CLIENT-REPORT.html formatted for PDF printing.

How many recommendations should a client GEO report include?▼

The report caps priority actions at 10 items, grouped by severity: P0 blockers due this week, P1 major items due this month, and P2 minor items due this quarter. Delivering dozens of unprioritized recommendations is listed as an anti-pattern.
