SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

In the AI era, business alignment and clear communication, not coding speed, are the primary bottlenecks. Traditional project management often obscures blockers and accountability. This Skill provides a comprehensive guide to using GitHub Projects V2 to optimize team collaboration, making blockers visible and streamlining workflows.

Core Features & Use Cases

Team-Based Accountability: Leverages GitHub Teams (@developers, @product, @qa, @client) for clear ownership and automated notifications, reducing communication overhead.
Visible Blockers: Emphasizes the critical "Blocked" status field, making it clear who needs to take action to unblock work, preventing hidden delays.
Streamlined Workflow: Utilizes GitHub's built-in Status, Priority, and Type fields, minimizing redundant labels and automating issue closure for a cleaner, more efficient board.
