SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Coordinating GitHub issues, project boards, and sprint planning can become complex and error-prone without a structured orchestration mechanism. This skill provides AI swarm-based coordination to streamline issue management, board alignment, and release planning across repositories.

Core Features & Use Cases

Issue triage, automated decomposition for coordinated work across a swarm of agents.
Bidirectional project board synchronization and real-time status tracking.
Sprint planning and cross-repo coordination for consistent delivery.

Quick Start

Initialize a swarm-enabled GitHub project by creating a coordinated issue, linking it to the Development board, and starting automated progress tracking.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate GitHub project management for issues and sprint planning?▼

Automate GitHub project management by using AI swarm orchestration to handle issue triage, sprint planning, and board synchronization. This provides deterministic task decomposition and automated progress tracking across multiple repositories and teams.

How does bidirectional board synchronization work for cross-repo GitHub workflows?▼

Bidirectional board synchronization automatically aligns project boards across repositories with real-time status tracking and safety checks. This ensures consistent delivery and error handling during cross-repo coordination.

Can AI swarms handle issue triage and task decomposition across multiple repositories?▼

AI swarms handle issue triage by applying deterministic task decomposition to coordinate work across multiple repositories. This streamlines issue management and release planning through automated swarm orchestration.

What's the best way to coordinate sprint planning across multiple GitHub teams?▼

The best way to coordinate sprint planning across multiple GitHub teams is applying AI swarm orchestration for cross-repo coordination. It links coordinated issues to development boards and starts automated progress tracking.

Are there safety checks for automated progress tracking in GitHub project boards?▼

Automated progress tracking in GitHub project boards includes bidirectional synchronization with built-in safety checks and error handling. This prevents misalignment and ensures consistent delivery during cross-repo workflows.
