Frequently Asked Questions about github-project-management

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate GitHub project board synchronization across multiple repositories?▼

Automate GitHub project board synchronization across multiple repositories by using swarm orchestration to map issue statuses to project columns automatically. It coordinates cross-repo updates and milestone tracking via GitHub CLI.

What is swarm-based task decomposition for issue tracking?▼

Swarm-based task decomposition for issue tracking breaks down complex GitHub issues into smaller sub-tasks coordinated across a swarm. This enables automated triage and synchronized progress tracking across project boards.

Does GitHub project management with swarm orchestration support sprint planning and velocity tracking?▼

Yes, swarm orchestration supports sprint planning and velocity tracking by coordinating backlog items with sprint goals. It provides cross-board analytics to help growing teams achieve predictable delivery across repositories.

Can I use GitHub CLI with ruv-swarm and claude-flow MCP server for cross-repo coordination?▼

Yes, GitHub CLI works with ruv-swarm and claude-flow MCP server for cross-repo coordination. This combination enables automated issue triage, board synchronization, and swarm-based task decomposition.

Why does GitHub issue management become chaotic as teams scale?▼

GitHub issue management becomes chaotic as teams scale because manually coordinating tasks, boards, and sprints across multiple repositories is inefficient. Swarm orchestration solves this by automating triage and cross-board alignment.
