High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I automate GitHub project management and issue tracking for an agile team?▼

Automating GitHub project management involves synchronizing project boards, tracking issues, and planning sprints automatically. This Skill coordinates AI swarm agents to decompose issues, triage tasks, and automate card transitions for enhanced team productivity.

Can I automatically decompose GitHub issues into actionable subtasks for sprint planning?▼

Yes, you can automatically decompose GitHub issues into actionable subtasks. The Skill uses AI swarm coordination to break down feature requests, assign subtasks to appropriate agents, and facilitate agile sprint planning with data-driven burndown insights.

Do I need GitHub CLI and claude-flow MCP server to synchronize project boards?▼

Yes, you need GitHub CLI, ruv-swarm, and claude-flow MCP server installed for full functionality. These dependencies enable the AI swarm coordination required to synchronize project boards, automate card transitions, and generate custom views.

What is AI swarm coordination for GitHub issue triage and how does it work?▼

AI swarm coordination for GitHub issue triage uses multiple AI agents to automatically categorize, label, and decompose issues. It works by synchronizing real-time project board data and automating task assignments to streamline agile workflows.

Are there limitations when using AI to automate sprint management and GitHub board synchronization?▼

The primary limitation is the strict dependency on GitHub CLI, ruv-swarm, and claude-flow MCP server. If these prerequisites are not configured, the AI swarm cannot execute real-time synchronization, issue decomposition, or sprint performance analytics.

What's the best way to track sprint progress and generate burndown charts from GitHub issues?▼

The best way to track sprint progress is by automating data collection from GitHub issues and project boards. This Skill generates sprint burndown charts and performance analytics by synchronizing real-time task completion data through AI swarm coordination.
