What problem does it solve?
This Skill removes friction from locating, summarising, and analysing Gong sales calls so sellers and account teams can quickly prepare for meetings, surface decisions and action items, and track themes across an account's call history.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Search and Retrieve: Fuzzy-search calls by account name and date range and present results as a table containing title, date, duration, and Gong URL for quick access.
- Call Highlights & Actions: Fetch structured highlights for a specific call including key topics, decisions, action items, and notable quotes for concise post-call follow-up or pre-meeting prep.
- Keyword & Trend Analysis: Run keyword/theme analysis across multiple calls to show which conversations mentioned a topic, whether mentions were substantial or passing, and provide timestamps/citations.
- Use Case: For an upcoming Tesco meeting, produce an account snapshot that includes the most recent call summaries, recurring themes like pricing or security, unresolved action items, and suggested talking points.
