SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes scripts (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill allows for the insertion of urgent research phases into existing roadmaps without disrupting the overall sequence, ensuring that unexpected tasks can be addressed promptly.

Core Features & Use Cases

Urgent Phase Insertion: Insert decimal phases into the roadmap to accommodate urgent research tasks.
Preservation of Order: Maintain the logical sequence of planned phases while accommodating urgent insertions.
Use Case: When a reviewer points out a missing case that needs immediate attention, this Skill can be used to insert a decimal phase to address the issue without renumbering the entire roadmap.

Quick Start

Insert an urgent phase into the roadmap after phase 72 with the description 'Conduct additional analysis on the stability of the model'.

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I insert an urgent research phase into an existing roadmap without renumbering the sequence?▼

To insert urgent phases without disrupting the roadmap sequence, you can use decimal phase insertion. This preserves the logical order of planned phases while accommodating immediate research tasks.

What is a decimal phase in physics research management?▼

A decimal phase in research management is a inserted sequence number used to accommodate urgent tasks. It allows you to address unexpected subtleties immediately without renumbering your entire existing roadmap.

Do I need a specific roadmap structure to insert urgent tasks?▼

Yes, urgent task insertion requires a well-defined roadmap structure. You also need access to the GPD CLI to properly manage and execute the decimal phase insertion operations.

When should I use decimal phase insertion for my research tasks?▼

Use decimal phase insertion when unexpected subtleties require immediate attention, such as when a reviewer points out a missing case. It addresses urgent issues promptly without altering planned phases.

Can I use GPD CLI to manage urgent tasks in physics research?▼

Yes, the GPD CLI is used for phase management to insert decimal phases into existing roadmaps. It efficiently accommodates urgent physics research tasks while maintaining the overall sequence.

What are the limitations of inserting decimal phases into a roadmap?▼

Decimal phase insertion is limited to roadmaps with a well-defined structure and requires GPD CLI access. It is specifically designed for urgent physics research tasks rather than general project management.
