How do I renumber subsequent phases after deleting a phase in GPD project management?▼

To remove a future research phase from a project roadmap and renumber subsequent phases, run the command `$gpd-remove-phase [phase number]` to safely eliminate the unneeded phase and automatically adjust the sequence.

Do I need a specific environment to automate phase removal in research project planning?▼

Automating phase removal in research project planning requires a GPD project environment with proper permissions and phase operations enabled. This ensures the script can securely modify the roadmap and commit historical changes.

What is the best way to adjust a project roadmap when a research direction changes?▼

The best way to adjust a project roadmap when a research direction changes is to use an automated phase removal tool. It quickly removes the unnecessary planned phase and renumbers the remaining ones to maintain organization.
