SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill requires gpd-phase-researcher, gpd, and includes scripts (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps researchers tackle a specific phase in a physics project by providing a structured approach to research and planning.

Core Features & Use Cases

Research Initiation: Start a research phase with a specific argument, such as a phase number or name.
Contextual Research: Gather information about the phase, including its context, requirements, and prior decisions.
Spawning Researcher Agent: Spawn a specialized researcher agent to conduct detailed research on the phase.
Result Compilation: Compile research findings into a structured RESEARCH.md file for further use in planning.

Quick Start

Research the phase with the number 8 using the gpd-research-phase skill.

Frequently Asked Questions about gpd-research-phase

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I plan and research a computational physics phase using an agent-based approach?▼

To research a computational physics phase, this Skill initiates agent-based research orchestration by validating the phase, checking existing research, and compiling detailed findings into a structured RESEARCH.md file for planning.

What is the best way to orchestrate a specialized researcher agent for physics research?▼

To orchestrate physics research, this Skill spawns a specialized researcher agent to gather contextual information about phase requirements and prior decisions, compiling results into a structured RESEARCH.md file.

Do I need a specific runtime environment to run agent-based research orchestration for physics phases?▼

Yes, agent-based research orchestration requires the gpd runtime environment and the gpd-phase-researcher agent to validate phases, check existing research, and compile findings into a RESEARCH.md file.

How do I start research for a specific phase number in a physics project?▼

To start research for a specific phase number, pass the phase number or name as an argument to the Skill, which then coordinates with the researcher agent to validate the phase and compile a RESEARCH.md file.

What output format does the physics research phase planning process generate?▼

The physics research phase planning process generates a RESEARCH.md file, compiling detailed findings about phase context, requirements, and prior decisions into structured markdown for planning.

Why does phase planning require checking existing research before compiling findings?▼

Phase planning checks existing research to ensure contextual accuracy and avoid duplication, validating the phase against prior decisions before the researcher agent compiles findings into the RESEARCH.md file.
