SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Manually creating individual fix phases for every gap found in a milestone audit is tedious, inconsistent, and slows down project remediation. This skill eliminates that repetitive work by automating the entire phase creation process.

Core Features & Use Cases

Automated Gap Grouping: Reads the latest MILESTONE-AUDIT.md and intelligently groups related gaps into logical, actionable phases.
Roadmap Integration: Automatically adds new phases to ROADMAP.md without manual editing, maintaining consistent project documentation.
Use Case: After running a milestone audit that uncovers 15 gaps across testing, documentation, and bug fixes, use this skill to group them into 4 coherent phases in seconds, instead of running 15 separate add-phase commands.

Quick Start

Use the gsd-plan-milestone-gaps skill to automatically create all necessary fix phases to close the gaps identified in your most recent milestone audit.
