What problem does it solve?
Backlog items often languish without clear progression. This Skill enables a structured review of backlog entries and decisions to promote to active milestones, keep for later, or remove outdated items.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Review backlog entries (e.g., 999.x) and present options to promote, keep, or remove each item
- Rename promoted backlog directories to the next active phase and relocate associated artifacts (e.g., CONTEXT.md, RESEARCH.md) as needed
- Update ROADMAP.md to reflect status changes, move promoted items to the active section, and document dependencies
