SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

AI agent integration for gsync — team coordination CLI. Use gsync to get shared context on what your teammates are building, register your own plan so the team can see it, link it to a PR, and mark it done after merge. gsync is NOT a planning tool — it is a coordination and visibility layer. Use gstack skills (/plan, /office-hours, /plan-eng-review, etc.) to do the actual thinking and planning work. Trigger phrases: "start a new task", "what is the team working on", "before I code", "register my plan", "open a PR", "after merge", "mark as merged", "join the team", "log into gsync", "gsync".
