Use gsync to get shared context on what your teammates are building, register your own plan so the team can see it, link it to a PR, and mark it done after merge. gsync is NOT a planning tool — it is a coordination and visibility layer. Use gstack skills (/plan, /office-hours, /plan-eng-review, etc.) to do the actual thinking and planning work.
