What problem does it solve?

Hermes teams need to send Gmail messages from the MIRISE Hermes production workspace without interactive OAuth in cron or headless contexts. This skill provides a standardized, token-driven approach that uses the existing scripts/shared/send_gmail.py workflow to dispatch emails automatically.
