Use a 3-30 second continuous clip with one clear subject, head and body visible, real human motion, and no cuts or transitions. Avoid very fast actions, stylized animation, and heavily filtered footage.

Too many action beats are packed into too short a duration. The model handles 1-2 distinct beats per 5 seconds, so split dense action across multiple shots or extend the duration.
