What problem does it solve? Producing a consistent narrated explainer video requires coordinating style references, voiceover generation, per-scene video clips, and final assembly, which is error-prone when done manually across separate AI generation tools. ## Core Features & Use Cases - Block-based pipeline: Splits a video into fixed 10-second blocks, generating one Seed Audio narration take and one Gemini Omni clip per block, then assembles them server-side with explainer_video. - Style consistency: Locks one universal style key image (from live CMS presets or custom style-reference images) and reuses it across every clip to prevent style drift. - Flexible output options: Supports mascot or faceless modes, 16:9 or 9:16 aspect ratios, multiple narration languages, and optional burned subtitles. - Use Case: Turn a researched topic or a personal story into a 3-minute animated narrated video by picking a visual preset, choosing a narrator voice, and letting the pipeline generate and assemble all 18 blocks automatically. ## Quick Start Ask the agent to make a narrated explainer video about your topic, then pick a style preset and voice when prompted.

How do I make a narrated explainer video with Higgsfield?

Run the video-explainer workflow through the Higgsfield CLI: pick a style preset, set duration and language, choose a narrator voice, then the pipeline generates one Seed Audio take and one Gemini Omni clip per 10-second block and assembles them with explainer_video.

How long can a Higgsfield explainer video be?

Videos range from one to ten whole minutes. Each minute equals six fixed 10-second blocks, so total duration is always N times 10 seconds with one narration take and one clip per block.

Can I use my own visual style instead of a preset?

Yes. You can describe a custom style or attach style-reference images, which are used only for rendering style and color grading. A single style-key image is generated with nano_banana_2 and attached to every clip.

Does the explainer video support vertical format and subtitles?

Yes. You can choose 9:16 vertical instead of the default 16:9, and enable burned subtitles for 0.05 credit per voiced block using the patrick, caveat, marker, or anton fonts.

What types of videos should not use this workflow?

It is not suited for photorealistic films, ads or UGC, talking heads, podcasts, motion typography reels, one-off clips without narration, or editing an already finished video. All output is strictly non-photorealistic and illustration-based.
