What problem does it solve?
Grades HKDSE Information and Communication Technology exam papers by extracting rubrics, calibrating against prior-year reference data, and grading each student’s response with per-question detail, producing per-student results and final level assignments.

- Automated rubric extraction from the masked/reference PDFs and bundled materials, with support for multi-part rubrics and integrated level descriptors.
- Reference calibration using known-level data to derive empirical score-to-level mappings and guide final level assignment.
- Per-student grading with per-question mark allocation, aggregation to a total score, and generation of JSON outputs and governance artifacts (grading guide, calibration reports).
