What problem does it solve?
Analyses EPS glosas and devoluciones to produce an item-by-item argumentative response that helps the IPS defend, accept, or reradicate each charged item. It applies DAMA-UK, PERT-CLIN or FIN-CTR according to the causal of each line and emits progress-respuesta.json and devolucion_output.json to support timely replies within the relevant deadlines (Res. 3047/2008).
