What is cardiovascular risk assessment and how does it relate to hypertension management?▼

Cardiovascular risk assessment identifies key contributing factors to calculate your risk of complications. It supports hypertension management by evaluating these factors alongside your blood pressure trends to reduce cardiovascular issues.

Can I assess target organ damage for conditions like heart and kidney health?▼

Yes, you can assess target organ damage by recording specific health evaluations. The system supports tracking target organ status for the heart, kidney, and retina to monitor the physical impact of hypertension.

Does blood pressure monitoring support viewing historical trends and calculating average readings?▼

Yes, blood pressure monitoring supports viewing historical data and calculating average readings. You can analyze trends over specific periods and check your achievement status against target blood pressure goals.

Are there limitations to tracking hypertension without specialized medical equipment?▼

The system relies on manually inputted blood pressure metrics like systolic and diastolic readings, meaning it does not automatically capture data without specialized medical equipment. Users must record their own readings for trend analysis.
