What problem does it solve?
Run through iBank worklogs to ensure quality and consistency by applying team-lead, optional department-head, and member revisions, and by validating dependencies across versions.

- Deterministic review scripts: review_ibank_worklog_similarity.py, apply_worklog_sentence_revisions.py, apply_worklog_expression_revisions.py, and generate_ibank_worklog_dependency_sql.py to produce consistent revisions.
