What problem does it solve?
Add a dedicated Datasets tab to the agent settings UI, providing a searchable, paginated table for datasets with upload and delete actions that streamline data management within the app.

- Add Resource slot to upload files and attach resources to datasets
- Per-row actions including delete, with a shared wrap by the AgentSettingsProvider for consistent behavior across agent settings tabs
