What problem does it solve?
This Skill builds detailed ideal customer profile (ICP) cards without relying on guesswork by researching real customer language, pain points, and behaviors online (and optionally incorporating your first-party customer data).
Core Features & Use Cases
- Foundation-driven research: Reads ./brand/brand-dna.md first (and recommends ./brand-voice.md) to scope research correctly to your category, competitors, and priority products.
- Voice-of-customer extraction: Uses Firecrawl Agent to pull structured insights and direct quotes from forums, reviews, and social discussion, minimizing invented or generic persona language.
- Persona refinement & validation: Confirms uncertain details via a short interview and saves 1–3 persona cards to ./brand/icp-cards.md for downstream marketing and ad/content execution.
- Optional data-first flow: Prompts you to share reviews/surveys/support logs so first-party evidence can be prioritized over web research.
Quick Start
Ask the AI to build ICP cards for your brand by first loading brand DNA from ./brand/brand-dna.md and then generating up to three research-backed persona cards.
