What problem does it solve?

Programmatically manage an ID Agents team from a Claude Code session. Dispatch work to agents via /remote on the manager daemon, poll replies by queryId with long-poll support, send messages to the manager's inbox, and coordinate multi-agent tasks. Use when asked to manage or dispatch work to id-agents, talk to specific agents, or act as the team manager.
