Provides a structured, repeatable workflow for running II Talks events so organizers can reliably create ticket products, manage pre-show logistics, and complete post-show tasks without missing steps or losing track of status.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Status Tracking: Read and display the master Pre-Show and Post-Show tables from II-TALKS.md and highlight upcoming or overdue action items that need attention.
- Create Workflow: Collect event details, enforce Canva asset preparation, run a creation checklist, draft ticket and preshow email files, and publish a WooCommerce ticket product after final approval.
- Post-Show Workflow: Run a post-show checklist, tag attendees in Mailchimp, unpublish and unfeature tickets, manage audio conversion and uploads, and create or update recording products and coupon emails.
- Integrations & Safety: Designed to coordinate with WooCommerce, Mailchimp, Google Drive, WordPress, local conversion scripts (ffmpeg), and project files while requiring explicit GREEN LIGHT confirmations before destructive or external actions.
