Identify underspecified areas in the current feature specification and generate targeted clarification questions to reduce downstream rework.

• Ambiguity detection: Scan the active spec to surface missing or ambiguous requirements across goals, data, UX, non-functional attributes, and governance constraints.
• Question prioritization: Produce a short, prioritized queue of up to 5 questions with clear answer formats.
• Single-question loop: Pose one question at a time, capture the answer, and append it to the spec under a Clarifications session.
• Spec updating: Automatically create or update a Clarifications section with dated session notes and final answers.
