What problem does it solve?
The Skill enables drafting a single, self-contained plan that spans all phases from one or more PHASES.md files and executes them with parallel Sonnet subagents, committing after each phase and updating necessary artifacts.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Load context, resolve PHASES.md paths, and build a cross-feature phase queue respecting dependencies.
- Draft and write a fully self-contained, executable plan that can run in a separate session without relying on plan-mode interactions.
- Orchestrate deterministic subagent work (tests and implementations), enforce mandatory gates (TTD, QGs, integration verification), and commit after each phase.
- Support batch execution across multiple phases and features with early exit on blocking issues.
Quick Start
Provide one or more PHASES.md paths to begin drafting the all-phases plan, then trigger the execution session to run the plan.
