Novel adaptation converts interiority into behavior, dialogue, blocking, props, and visible consequences so action lines contain only what can be performed. The method preserves the source's characters, relationships, causal spine, and key events unless changes are explicitly authorized.

Each episode needs a complete dramatic movement ending on a changed situation, decision, discovery, or pressure that follows from the episode itself. Allocate duration for action and reaction rather than only plot facts, and avoid generic teasers.

A working scene has a playable objective, resistance, turn, and exit condition. Dialogue must change conflict, relationship, information, or emotion rather than explain the premise, and exposition should become visible action or props.

Changes to characters, relationships, causal spine, key events, viewpoint constraints, and taboos require explicit user authorization. The adaptation boundary between faithful adaptation and commercial rewriting must be confirmed upfront and not silently shifted.

Production constraints on locations, cast, props, and effects should stay explicit and legible, with creative solutions found inside the given limits. Budget shorthand must not flatten character logic or story coherence, and required beats should not be silently discarded.
