What problem does it solve?

Compress canonical Tier 1 intel JSON into a compact Markdown snapshot to reduce context tokens for agents.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Compresses six Tier 1 sources (actor-registry, permission-matrix, sitemap, feature-catalog, code-facts, system-inventory) into a readable summary.
  • Enables base-tier agents (dev/qa/reviewer) to orient quickly, with pro-tier ready to read full JSON when needed.
  • Generates _snapshot.md and _snapshot.meta.json and maintains a sources_sha256 fingerprint for freshness checks.

Quick Start

Run the Intel Snapshot generator to produce an up-to-date _snapshot.md from your current intel directory.
