SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Automatically analyzes user requests and routes them to the most appropriate specialist agent(s) to reduce manual routing overhead and improve response times.

Core Features & Use Cases

Automatic request analysis and agent selection across multiple domains.
Support for explicit agent overrides to allow user-directed routing when needed.
Orchestrator fallback for complex, multi-domain tasks requiring coordination among several agents.
Transparent, context-rich invocations that indicate which expertise is being applied.

Quick Start

Provide a user request and I will automatically route it to the best specialist agent(s) without requiring explicit mentions.

Frequently Asked Questions about intelligent-routing

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How does intelligent routing work for multi-agent workflows?▼

Intelligent routing analyzes user requests to detect the domain and maps them to the most appropriate specialist agent, reducing manual routing overhead. It uses an orchestrator fallback to handle complex tasks requiring coordination across multiple agents.

How do I automate task routing to specialist agents across different domains?▼

You provide a user request to automatically route tasks to the best specialist agent without requiring explicit mentions. The system implements domain detection and agent mapping to automate request analysis across security, backend, frontend, and testing tasks.

Can I override automatic agent selection for specific multi-agent tasks?▼

Yes, you can use explicit agent overrides to allow user-directed routing when needed. This enables you to manually bypass automatic domain detection and force the request to a specific specialist agent.

What happens when complex tasks require coordination among several agents?▼

When complex tasks require coordination among several agents, the system uses an orchestrator fallback to manage the multi-domain scenario. This ensures transparent, context-rich invocations that indicate which expertise is being applied.

Do I need to manually specify agent names to route frontend and backend requests?▼

No, you do not need to manually specify agent names to route frontend and backend requests. The automatic request analysis handles domain detection and agent mapping to select the best specialists without explicit mentions.

What is the best way to coordinate multiple AI agents for software engineering tasks?▼

The best way to coordinate multiple AI agents is using an intelligent routing system that auto-selects specialists for software engineering tasks. It analyzes requests and applies an orchestrator fallback to handle complex multi-domain coordination transparently.
